PERSONAL TRAINING
We offer one-to-one personal training sessions, which we customize for each individual. We want to meet all your personal goals and help you with creating a long-lasting lifestyle of fitness. Before the first session, we consult with you to find out your goals and wants. Each session is 60 minutes, and we offer package deals.​


NUTRITIONAL PLANNING

We offer nutritional planning, which give tips for a wholesome, healthy lifestyle, instead of a "quick-fix". We also have progress meets to check on progress to see that clients are getting closer to goals workout-by-workout.​


GROUP TRAINING
Group training sessions are a fun way to workout hard with other motivated individuals. We provide group training where friends want to do sessions together and boot camp classes in the Los Angeles area are coming soon! We also offer corporate training (for groups and individuals).


SKYPE SESSIONS
If you live in a different state, country, or just have a busy schedule in general, we can do Skype workout sessions and nutritional planning for you to reach your goals!


CORE STRENGTH AND MUSCLE TONE
Core strength is essential for not only a flat stomach, but also to hold up the entire body together for a lean look. For clients who are looking to build core strength, we can also incorporate yoga practices into the workouts.

For clients that want to target specific areas in their body, we will focus on muscle tone of these areas for a nice "tight" look and feel. Get the tight glutes and flat stomach!
